Alex Salmond signs up as the first Best Friend of Willows

Our quest is to sign up at least 500 Best Friends of Willows Animal Sanctuary. We are asking people to donate one pound a week by direct debit. This will enable the sanctuary to be able to feed and provide veterinary attention to the 300 plus animals at Willows.

Your money will only go into feed, housing for the animals, vet bills etc. We operate a 'no kill' policy - this means that no healthy animal is ever put down.

None of these animals would be here today if it wasn’t for the kind donations we receive. Please help us continue our work and become a Best Friend today.

This is Ivy and Shadow these are two of four kittens that were found in a gutter when they were only 10 days old. They are now safe and secure at the sanctuary and love all the visitor’s affections.
This mallard duckling lost her mum so we raised her then let her go back to the wild.
Toby a blind horse, -Toby came to us because no other charity was able to take him.
Cruikshanks was abandoned - his owners moved house and just left him behind.
This is Tam - a lovely Tamworth pig saved from slaughter.
