Willows usually has animals available for re - homing. Please
contact us for details.
We maintain a list of animals requiring a new home and a list of people offering a home for a particular kind of animal.
If you can offer an animal a loving new home...
We aim to find our animals loving new homes by working to a re-homing policy, which matches each animal’s individual needs with the most suitable new owner and living environment.
To achieve this we need to ask prospective owners a few simple questions, which are followed up by an informal visit to your home.
If you have owned a pet before we may need to ask for a vet's reference. Most vets are familiar with the procedure and are happy to help.
Our procedure is aimed to benefit both the animal and the prospective new owner so your help and patience is much appreciated.
As our charity receives no government funding and we are not part of a national organisation we can only continue to provide our animal re-homing service through public
donations and fund raising events. To assist in funding our work you will be asked to make a donation.
If you would like us to find your animal a new home...
There are many genuine reasons why people can no longer care for an animal. If you would like our help please call and one of our volunteers will be happy to take your details.
We will need to know some basic information about the animal. Then your animal will join our re-homing register. As long as you are able to provide good care for your
animal he/she should remain with you until a suitable new home has been found. By remaining in familiar surroundings less stress will be caused to your animal.
If you would like to provide a home for a companion pony...
